1. Booking & Payment

• Full payment must be made in advance to confirm any booking.
• Accepted payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, PayPal (for international guests).
• The membership fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made 15 days prior: 80% refund.
• Cancellations made 7-14 days prior: 50% refund.
• No refund for cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival.

3. Membership Rules

• Membership is valid for 10 years and includes 4 visits.
• Each visit includes 8 nights of stay with included experiences.
• Membership cannot be transferred or shared with others.

4. Liability & Safety

• Visitors are responsible for their personal belongings.
• RVR Club is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage during experiences.
• Guests must follow all safety guidelines provided by staff.

5. Code of Conduct

• Respect for nature, wildlife, and local communities is mandatory.
• Loud music, disruptive behavior, and littering are strictly prohibited.
• RVR Club reserves the right to deny service to guests violating rules.

6. Experience Availability

• Experiences may vary based on weather conditions and seasonal availability.
• Prior booking is required for certain activities.
